I use a bread maker, and just fling the ingredients in for the dough cycle. Then I form the buns place them on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for about 18 minutes. The onion flavour really comes through and it’s great for sandwiches and burger buns.

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 envelope of onion soup
¼ cup oil
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Red River cereal
2 eggs
1 tbsp yeast
1 ½ cup warm water
