2-3 c flour
½ c oatmeal
¼ c red river cereal
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp yeast
1 ¾ c warm water

I assemble these in the bread maker on the dough setting. At first keeping an eye on the mixing, judging if there is enough moisture. (Interesting, that the amount can vary from day to day.)

When it is done, I take the dough out, onto a floured surface and form into a loaf. After rising about 30 minutes, bake in the oven at 350 F for about 25 minutes or desired browning.
