Ingredients
4 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin and sunflower seeds
1 cup walnut pieces
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
1 tablespoon Stevia
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried raisons (optional*)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, seeds, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
In a small bowl mix the melted butter, vanilla and water.
Mix until completely smooth then pour the wet mixture into the large bowl with the dry ingredients.
Mix until everything is well coated and combined.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on the baking pan and place in the oven.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove granola from the oven and give it a stir.
Before returning to the oven, press granola down using an oven mitt as this will help create a more chunky granola consistency.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove granola from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle on dried raisons (if using), give everything a loose stir or break up into chunks, and serve or store for later!
