I use a bread maker to form the dough, (must remember to place paddle), then form my rolls or loaf.
1/3 c sugar
1-2 tsp yeast
4 c flour
1 c warm milk
1/3 c melted butter or oil
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
Placing all the ingredients in the bread maker, select the dough setting. Press start. I like to keep and eye on the mixing for about 5 minutes to gauge the amount of milk/flour consistency. After it runs its cycle, form the buns on a greased pan. Let raise a final time, bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes for the buns, a bit longer for a loaf.
