1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
3 tbsp onion paste
1 tsp hot chili powder
1.5 tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
½ sp ground black pepper
½ tsp ground cardamom
1.5 tbsp salt
1 c oil
1 c water
Mix and marinate chicken piece over night. Place on bbq, cook until golden brown Serve with salad perhaps with a few flakes of chili.
