Ingredients:
½ c butter
¼ c flour
½ tsp salt
pepper
1 ½ milk
1 c chicken broth
2 c chicken
1 c peas
2 tbsp red pepper
Topping
3 egg whites whipped
3 egg yolks
½ c flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika
½ c milk
1 tbsp oil

Blend ¼ c flour, slat, pepper and milk and broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Add meat and veggies.

Stir flour, baking powder, salt, paprika milk and oil. Stir in yolks and then fold in beaten whites. Put this on top of filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 425.
