This is actually the one I use most, as it limits the amount of fat.
SPICE MIX:
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp celery salt
½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground allspice
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried marjoram
1 ½ c flour
1/2 c crumbs
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
1-2 beaten eggs
Mix spice mixture with flour in one container.
Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet, bake in 400o oven for about 40-45 minutes.
