Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:
½ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup shredded provolone cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
1 large egg
¾ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
cold water, for sealing

Method:
 Stir ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set the filling aside.

This is recommended to be served with some marinara sauce, topped with a pesto-alfredo sauce.
