A nice change from beef.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp dried onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely, or garlic granules
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
scant 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oil, for the grill grates
Forming the burgers can be a little tricky. Mix the ingredients together, but don’t over mix. The mixture will be sticky. I oil my hands up prior to forming the patties.

Split the mixture into fourths, and form burger patties. Place on a plate or pan with parchment to prevent sticking. Then place into the freezer for a minimum of 20 minutes up to even freezing. This helps getting the burgers on the grill.

When you’re ready to grill these, oil your grates to help sticking. I also use my oil sprayer on the burgers prior to placing on the grill. Cook to 165 F to ensure cooking.

Serve with your favourite toppings.
