Ingredients:
3 lb sirloin steak
2 tbsp olive oil
Marinade:
1 cup dry red wine
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp dried rosemary and thyme
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Method:
Mix the marinade and put in a flat dish. Add the dried steak, turning to coat and cover for 1-2 hours in fridge.
Remove steak from marinade, pat dry, then brush with oil.
Broil or grill to your desired doneness.
Bring the marinade to a boil, uncovered for about 8 minutes or until thickened and reduced to about 1/2 cup. Serve a little of the marinade with each piece of steak. Makes 8 servings.
