Now these worked out really well, much better than the roast potatoes in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
Method:
Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges with skin on.(Remember to wash the potatoes before starting.)
Place the potatoes in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Not really a requirement but does help to make more crispy.
After soaking, dry the water off the potatoes. Add oil and herbs and spices and mix on the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in the air fryer and set to cook at 400F for 25 minutes. My machine prompts me to turn food with about 10 minutes to go, but do turn your food part way through the process. Enjoy!
