4 lb boneless roast
1 c apple sauce
1/3 c packed brown sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp ground cloves

1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper

Mix the sauce together, then mix the flour mixture separately.
Rub the flour mixture over the surface of the roast. Roast uncovered to 140 internal temperature. Spoon applesauce mixture over the roast. Continue roasting to 155 degrees.
Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Heat the remainder of the sauce mixture to spoon over the pork slices prior to serving.
