1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
For the dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients together in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The dressing can be made up 3-4 days in advance.
