2 Tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
½ tsp dry mustard
1 ¼ c milk
1 c grated cheese
Melt butter, then add flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until blended. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, and stir until melted. Makes about 1 ½ c.
