I’m no expert here. Just putting together the flour, eggs, water etc. Make some noodles, or ravioli. It’s actually pretty simple. Okay, here’s the recipe I made first in February 2021.

5 cups flour
8 large eggs
1 tbsp salt
water as needed to make the dough hold together, a tablespoon at a time.
What I did for the dough, was to use my Kitchenaid, with the dough hook. Allowed it to mix adding water as necessary. Once a nice ball formed, I flipped it out on the floured counter and covered it with plastic wrap for 30 minutes before splitting it into eighths and rolling it into 1-2 mm thickness.

While I haven’t tried it as yet, puree some spinach and add to the dry ingredients will make green pasta, or tomato paste will provide a red pasta.
