Ingredients
3 tbsp low sodium soy
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 1/2 lbs wings
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp low fat yogurt
2 tsp chopped basil
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Mix soy, ginger, garlic and pepper together in bowl. Add chicken and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate or up to 24 hrs.
Preheat the oven with rack in top position, to 450oF.
Coat your baking sheet with oil and preheat for 5 minutes. Arrange the chicken on the hot sheet, and cook. Turn once or twice until the wings are cooked, to 180oF.
Combine the mayo, yogurt, basil and lime juice, serve as a dipping sauce.
