Ingredients
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, divided, or more as needed
1 cup warm water (105 degrees F/41 degrees C)
1 large egg
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 ¼ teaspoons salt

I fling the ingredients into my bread maker, and let it do its thing. (Dough cycle) Then I divide into 8 equal pieces, about 5 inches long…just fits my pan.
I bake at 375F for about 20 minutes.
