INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp unsweetened coconut chips
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp erythritol
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
splash of vanilla
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a mug. To do that, microwave it for 10 seconds at 800 watts.
  2. Mix almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Beat the egg, add a splash
    of vanilla and sour cream.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Add in the coconut chips. Also, make sure everything is mixed
    well.
  4. Microwave for 60-90 seconds at 800 watts.
  5. Top up with chocolate chips.
