This is a very old recipe. I know it’s at least 150 years old.

 3 lb of finely ground beef chuck 2 lb of finely ground pork butt.
Two tablespoons of salt.
Two teaspoons of sugar.
Two and a half teaspoons of white pepper
Two teaspoons of Mace
Quarter teaspoon of ground allspice. Can be hard to find grind it in a coffee mill.
Half a teaspoon of coriander.
One tablespoon of paprika.
Four cloves of pressed garlic.
And one cup of water.

Combine and mix all the ingredients together well stuff into a hog casing to cook bake or fry. Enjoy this recipe.
