Ingredients
· 2 cups Cooked turkey, shredded or diced
· 2 cups Cream sauce, seasoned to taste. I used thyme, poultry seasoning, and chicken oxo
· 2 cups of frozen vegetables
· 1 onion
· A head of garlic
· 5 large mushrooms
· 1 cup of shredded cheese
· 1 cup Breadcrumbs (preferably seasoned)
· Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for drizzling)
· Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Saute the onions, garlic and mushroom
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, cream sauce, frozen vegetables, onions, garlic and mushroom. Season to taste.
4. Transfer the turkey mixture to casserole dish and spread it evenly.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the turkey mixture, then add the breadcrumbs on top. Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
