Marika’s Pie crust

8 c flour (1 kg)
250 g margarine
250 g sugar
4 eggs
5 tsp baking powder
milk, buttermilk or sour cream

Mix flour sugar, baking powder. Distribute the margarine, break it up into little pieces. Make a well in the centre, add eggs and liquid. Slowly mix and knead all the ingredients together until the consistency of plasticine. Divide into 4 parts, use according. Each part makes a pie.
