2 c flour
1/3 c white sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c grated cheddar cheese or perhaps a bit more 🙂
¼ c oil
1 c butter milk or sour milk
1 egg
Beat oil, milk and eggs. Add dry ingredients in bowl. Mix in the cheese. Stir blending well.
Fill muffin tins, bake for 20 minutes at 425F.
