6 racks back ribs
½ c soy sauce
½ c ketchup
¼ oil
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic

Simmer ribs in water for ½ h. Mix ingredients. Dip the ribs in the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over ribs, cover and bake at 325 for 50 min. Baste every 15 min. (You may want to broil for 5 minutes to finish)
