Ingredients:
1 8 oz Brie
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c chopped pecans
1 Tbsp rye whisky
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Cut slits about 1/4 inch deep crossing pattern across the top of the brie and along the sides. Place in a baking dish.
Bake the brie for about 5 minutes until softened.
While the brie bakes, mix the brown sugar,pecans and whisky then pour over the top of the brie. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes and serve.
We like this with water crackers or perhaps a hunk of baguette. Pick a nice wine and prepare for a relaxing afternoon.
