Ingredients:
4 Pork chops, thick ones are a little tricky, as the nuts tend to get over cooked.
1 Large egg
1 Tbsp flour
4 oz chopped walnuts
2 tbsp oil for frying
Method:

Salt and pepper the chops on both sides. Dust with flour, then dip the chops in the beaten egg, then dredge in the walnuts.

Heat a large skillet with oil, medium heat. Fry the chops for 3 minutes on each side. Try not to disturb the nuts.
If the chops are thick you may put them in the oven for 10 -12 minutes additionally. Do not over cook, use a meat thermometer if you’re unsure. You don’t want to overcook.
